Q: I am enrolled in farmer health insurance. If my company enrolls me in labor insurance, will it affect my farmer health insurance eligibility?
A: Since November 28, 2008, overlapping enrollment in both programs for up to 180 days within the same year does not affect farmer health insurance eligibility.

Q: I am currently enrolled in farmer health insurance. If I start working at a company and only enroll in occupational accident insurance, will it affect my farmer health insurance?
A: Farmer health insurance enrollees who only participate in occupational accident insurance must still meet the relevant requirements to remain eligible for farmer health insurance.

Q: If I am a self- cultivating farmer, how much land do I need to qualify for farmer health insurance?
A: Farmers with at least 0.1 hectares of farmland or 0.2 hectares of forest land are eligible to enroll.

Q: If I am tenant farmer, how much land do I need to qualify for Farmer health insurance?
A: Tenant farmers with at least 0.2 hectares of farmland or 0.4 hectares of forest land are eligible to enroll.

Q: Can my own land and leased land be combined to calculate the area?
A: For tenant farmers, owned and leased land may be combined. If the total farmland is at least 0.2 hectares or forest land reaches 0.4 hectares, you are eligible to enroll in farmer health insurance.
